Data processing is carried out for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, contract execution, and communication in the context of our consulting and SaaS services.

Our SaaS products are hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH. We have a data processing agreement with Hetzner in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
5. No Disclosure to Third Parties
Data is not disclosed to third parties unless this is necessary for contract fulfillment or required by law.
6. Contact Form
When you contact us via the contact form, your information will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry. No further storage or disclosure takes place beyond this.
7. Web Analytics with Umami
This website uses Umami, a privacy-friendly web analytics tool, to understand and improve the use of our website. Umami collects anonymized data about your usage behavior without personally identifying you.

You can deactivate tracking by Umami at any time by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser or disabling JavaScript. This has no impact on the functionality of the website.
8. Data Subject Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Please direct complaints to the competent supervisory authority.
9. Duration of Storage
Data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply and no legal retention periods apply.
